Seahorse is a rare two-waterfront community with only two rows of homes—beachfront or bayfront. Qualifying Seahorse-managed stays connect your family to experiences on both sides of the community, from a prepared Gulf cabana to fishing, crabbing and sunset beside protected Drum Bay.
Amenity access is limited to registered guests and governed by the live property listing, reservation terms, waivers, wristbands, guest limits and operating conditions.

The Bay Boardwalk
The elevated boardwalk crosses the protected Drum Bay Nature Preserve, leading to the Crabbing Pier and continuing to the Fishing Pier and kayak launch.

On each full day of a qualifying Seahorse-managed stay, arrive to a complimentary prepared cabana experience. Your managed home also comes stocked for real living—with a private internal elevator, premium cookware, spices, coffee and tea, toiletries, beach towels and more.
Qualifying guests receive access to private Seahorse Estates amenities and Beach Club-managed areas, including the Beach Club Activity Area, Coastal Commons and Bay Boardwalk leading to the Crabbing Pier and Fishing Pier. Two Beach Club Adventure Passes are included on each full qualifying day.
Benefits, capacities, weather policies, waivers and access rules are governed by the live property listing and reservation terms. No cabana setup is provided on arrival or departure day.

Seahorse-managed whole-home rentals generally require two nights outside summer and three nights during summer. Special dates and property-specific rules may vary.
Is Beach Club cabana setup included?+
Qualifying Seahorse-managed stays include a prepared cabana on each full day between arrival and departure. Eligibility, capacity, weather policies and inclusions are confirmed in the live listing and reservation terms.
