Designed for entertaining, the fully stocked kitchen is a host's delight. It features all-new stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerator/freezers and a double oven. Coffee aficionados will love the choice of three different coffee makers. The extra-large island offers seating for five, while the main dining table seats eight.

This home comfortably accommodates multiple families or groups with its versatile layout.
Bedroom 1 (Primary): King Bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a soothing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King Bed.
Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds.
Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds.
Additional Sleeping: One Twin Bed and one Twin Sofa Bed.
The home has a total of 4 full bathrooms.
Pack-n-plays and high chairs are available upon request for our youngest guests.

The magnificent, fully-furnished wraparound covered deck is the star of the show, offering a perfect spot to relax in the shade and enjoy the ocean breeze. The ground level features a finished patio with a propane grill, outdoor seating, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Complimentary Daily Beach Service: One cabana and 6 chairs set up on the beach each full day of your stay (excludes check-in/out days).
Linens & Towels: All beds made prior to arrival, plus bath and beach towels.

Starter Supplies: A starter pack including paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, and travel-sized toiletries.
Beach Gear: Access to 2 boogie boards, sand toys, a cooler, and a wagon.
Parking: Private driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles.

We are the family-owned developers of Seahorse Estates and live on-site. Our property management team is available daily to handle any requests, offer local recommendations, or assist with planning to make your vacation seamless and special.

Leaseholder must be 25+ years old.
No Smoking inside the property.
Pets: Up to 2 dogs (max 50 lbs each) are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $125 per dog.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Special Events: Subject to prior approval and additional fees.
Parking: All vehicles must be registered and display a parking pass. Please do not park on the grass.
