Bay Palace

Bay Palace is a new 3,391 sq ft home located directly on Drum Bay. It gives families and groups plenty of space to gather, along with peaceful water views and beautiful sunsets from the rear decks.

The home has 5 bedrooms, 5 private full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The permanent beds sleep 16 guests, and two complimentary rollaway beds bring the maximum capacity to 18. Our team will help coordinate rollaway placement before arrival.

Three bedrooms have King beds and direct bay views. The large bunk room has two Queen-over-Queen bunks and sleeps up to 8. The fifth bedroom has two XL Twin beds that can be converted into a King.

The game room includes a pool table, poker and game table, arcade games and a high-end reclining couch. Built-in Sonos sound is available in the living areas, game room, rear-facing decks and every bedroom except the bunk room.

Large covered and uncovered waterfront decks make it easy to enjoy the bay breeze, watch the sunset or spend time together outside. A three-stage private elevator helps with luggage, groceries and moving between levels.

The second-floor rear deck includes a fully installed summer kitchen overlooking Drum Bay. It extends the home's chef's kitchen outdoors, so guests can grill or fry a favorite meal while taking in the bay views. Cooking outside also helps keep smoke and food odors out of the main living areas.

Guests of Seahorse-managed rental homes receive a prepared beach cabana and two Adventure Passes on each full day of their stay. This service is not provided on check-in or check-out days. Guests also have access to the Beach Club Activity Area, Coastal Commons, the bay boardwalk, crabbing pier, lighted fishing pier and kayak launch.
