Seaside Manor

Seaside Manor was built for the kind of beach trip where everyone can stay together without feeling crowded. This new 4,500 sq ft beachfront home has 6 bedrooms, 6 private full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests.

The main living areas are open, comfortable and made for gathering. Large windows bring in views of the Gulf and Drum Bay, while the covered and uncovered waterfront decks give everyone plenty of room to relax outside.

The second-floor rear deck includes a fully installed summer kitchen overlooking the Gulf. It is a beautiful extension of the home's chef's kitchen, giving guests a comfortable place to grill or fry a favorite meal while enjoying the ocean view. It also helps keep cooking smoke and odors outside, where they belong.

The second-floor game room is a favorite gathering spot. It includes a pool table, poker and game table, arcade games and a high-end reclining sectional. The built-in Sonos system reaches the living areas, game room, rear-facing decks and every bedroom except the bunk rooms.

The hot tub is located on the second-floor beach-facing deck, making it a great place to unwind after a day on the sand. A private internal elevator serves every floor and makes it easier to move luggage, groceries and family members through the home.

Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms, two large bunk rooms and one room with two XL Twin beds that can be converted into a King. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is also one half bathroom on each residential level.

Guests of Seahorse-managed rental homes receive a prepared beach cabana and two Adventure Passes on each full day of their stay. This service is not provided on check-in or check-out days. Guests also have access to the Beach Club Activity Area, Coastal Commons, the bay boardwalk, crabbing pier, lighted fishing pier and kayak launch.
