Choose for how your family lives together

The right vacation home needs to work for more than the total head count. Think about who will share bedrooms, whether children need different sleeping arrangements, where everyone will gather for meals and how much separate space different generations prefer.

Seahorse's Signature Homes collection offers different coastal settings on Follet’s Island. Compare the individual home details and live availability before deciding which layout best suits your group.

Compare bedrooms and beds separately

A bedroom count is only the beginning. Look at the bed arrangement in each room, bathroom access and the spaces where your family expects to spend time together. Confirm the full guest count and current occupancy limits in the listing rather than assuming every home has the same configuration.

If an elevator or another specific feature matters to someone in your group, review the individual home's details and discuss the need with the on-site team. A single feature should not be treated as confirmation that every part of a property meets every access need.

Understand the managed-stay experience

Qualifying Seahorse-managed rentals include prepared cabana service on full stay days, excluding arrival and departure days, and two Adventure Passes per full qualifying day. The current listing and reservation terms explain the included amenities and any operating requirements.

These benefits are tied to a qualifying managed reservation. Finding a home within the community on another listing does not, by itself, confirm that the same services are included.

Leave room in the itinerary

Give the first day enough space for travel, settling in and learning the home. Plan beach time around your group's pace, and leave a little flexibility for weather or a slower morning together.

Before the trip, agree on meals, transportation and the essentials different households will bring. Review the stocking information in the listing so everyone knows what is provided and what they still need.

Book with the details in front of you

Enter your dates to see current rates, availability and stay requirements. Review the full total and applicable terms when comparing booking options. Booking directly connects you with the Seahorse team and may avoid additional marketplace fees.

Explore the homes and check your dates. The on-site team can help clarify which home and qualifying benefits fit your family's plans.
