    Prepare at a Signature bridal home selected for your event day

    Your venue day begins at 10:00 AM with access to a luxurious five-bedroom Signature Home—not merely a ready room. An elevator and separate floors give the two sides of the party space and privacy, while an optional earlier stay can turn preparation into part of the weekend.

    Guests arrive with ease

    Guests park in the dedicated event area, enter through Seahorse Event Arrival and follow the accessible Promenade toward the Gulf.

    The ceremony is waiting

    Seahorse prepares the Beach Commons ceremony setting, supports décor placement and handles setup and takedown so your family can remain present for the moment.

    Portraits for some. Coastal hospitality for everyone.

    While the court or wedding party takes photographs, guests enjoy cocktails beneath the Covered Community Pavilion and bocce, cornhole, shuffleboard and putt-putt in The Coastal Commons.

    Celebrate in The Pavilion

    Dinner, traditions, speeches and dancing unfold in the large-format beachfront reception setting, steps from every earlier chapter of the day.

    Finish memorably

    Continue the conversation at The Fireside Terrace and, when included in the approved event plan, end the evening with a beachfront fireworks display before venue access concludes at 10:00 PM.

You may then work with Seahorse preferred vendors or make your own arrangements with qualified licensed professionals under current venue requirements, without mandatory catering, bar or service add-ons.

Equipment is tied automatically to the smallest package that accommodates the entered guest count. Seahorse may use a larger tent at its option without increasing the Venue Rental charge unless the contracted guest count increases. How many guests can Seahorse accommodate?+

Shoreline Sanctuary is the intimate path for up to 64 guests. The Pavilion is planned for approximately 310 guests. Your proposal confirms the current capacity for your date and event design.

Can our guests stay at Seahorse?+

Yes. Seahorse-managed Signature Homes can keep families, the court and out-of-town guests together within the community.

Can we bring our own vendors?+

Licensed vendors may be permitted under current venue requirements, or you may build a customized experience with Seahorse preferred vendors.

Do you offer all-inclusive planning?+
